. Transformed the Fleet Management of a $50MM inventory which included
tracking the movement, maintenance, performance, and sale of each
asset.
. Ensured that fleet was utilized to the fullest extent by actively
redistributing underperforming fleet to areas of higher demand and
disposal of fleet that was outdated or under utilized.
. Responsible for setting and maintaining price minimums and maximums
for all used equipment in a region that resulted in $16MM in sales
revenue at 50% of original cost overall.
. Very successful in rebuilding several underperforming parts
departments. Directly impacted inventory turns, shrinkage, overages
and eliminated obsolete inventory. Overall very proficient in
Inventory Planning, Analysis, and Execution.
. Created and monitored a Cycle Counting system that resulted in better
control of the company's assets including fixed assets, parts &
merchandise inventories.

fleet. This included analyzing the levels of vehicles needed per
