. Transformed the Fleet Management of a $50MM inventory which included

tracking the movement, maintenance, performance, and sale of each

asset.

. Ensured that fleet was utilized to the fullest extent by actively

redistributing underperforming fleet to areas of higher demand and

disposal of fleet that was outdated or under utilized.

. Responsible for setting and maintaining price minimums and maximums

for all used equipment in a region that resulted in $16MM in sales

revenue at 50% of original cost overall.

. Very successful in rebuilding several underperforming parts

departments. Directly impacted inventory turns, shrinkage, overages

and eliminated obsolete inventory. Overall very proficient in

Inventory Planning, Analysis, and Execution.

. Created and monitored a Cycle Counting system that resulted in better

control of the company's assets including fixed assets, parts &

merchandise inventories.

. Managed yearly equipment audits by working closely with internal audit

and external accounting professionals.

. Developed and maintained trend analysis reports that detailed fleet

related areas and general business operations.

. Designed the process in which the companies controlled their rolling

fleet. This included analyzing the levels of vehicles needed per

location and managing the life cycle of the vehicles from acquisition

to disposal.

. Worked closely with vendors and successfully negotiated the reduction

of cost on equipment, parts and merchandise to maximize profits.
