Program Manager for B/E Aerospace programs for Business Class & First
Class Actuation Seating in Commercial Airlines.
Job responsibilities:
. Responsible for overall life-of-the program successful financial
performance. Direct overall performance on the program, assuring that
the Triple Constraint of Cost/Scope/Schedule is met and resources
necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and
communicated. Responsible for accurate planning, scheduling and
tracking program progress.
. Manage the customer relationship, maintain customer satisfaction,
assure that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are
secured where appropriate. Assure that a high quality reliable
system/product is supplied to the customer that meets all customer and
applicable industry specification requirements, and meets overall
customer expectations.
. Manage on time achievement of all development milestones (design
reviews, submittals, etc.) and on time delivery of products and
services.
