• Part time position sorting, delivering, and collecting mail for all five routes at

the post office. Work under time pressure to complete all delivery duties

within evaluated times. Assist office personnel with clerk duties. Main

•Handled non conformances of purchased materials and outsourced

parts. Negotiated with suppliers to maintain quality materials, parts and

•Purchased houses in need of repair and rebuilt them to either sell or

rent. Involved in buying, selling, interviewing and selecting tenants,

collecting, writing contracts. Performed all repairs including wiring,

plumbing, roofing, sheetrock, and framing.

2005 to 2008, Contractor, self employed

•Owned and ran a home repair company. Most of our work was roofing

houses. We also installed vinyl siding, repaired floors, sheet rock, and

landscaping. I wrote contracts and supervised construction workers.

Speak, read, and write Spanish. Close to fluent. I was born in

Venezuela and lived there 5 years. We then lived in Colombia for 10

years. In my construction business I had workers from Honduras and
