Miles Technologies is a privately held software services organization which specializes in IT Services, custom solutions and

web development for small to mid-sized companies. Miles serves approximately 500+ active clients (that span across all

verticals) in the Northeast and has approximately 120 employees located in offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and

Maryland.

Senior Project Manager, Project Management Office

Provided project management & leadership for various information technology initiatives within the Business

Software Solutions organization. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating development projects though all

phases of the software development life cycle including project initiation, requirements gathering, project planning,

Senior Technical & Application Manager, Professional Services and Operations

Provided project management & leadership for various information technology initiatives within CDC’s Professional

and Technical Services organization. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating large-scale, cross-functional

• Profit/Loss responsibility which includes maintaining a budget of $8+ million with an estimated profit margin

between 48 - 54% per quarter

• Managed all technical consulting engagements (data and platform migrations, data conversions, application upgrades

and installations, database tuning and optimization). Databases included Oracle 10g, SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
