Summary

My product development mantra has always been "It's about time or money".

At The Integer Group, I developed $3M of custom consumer product on time

and on budget in 2008. I am interested in doing the same for an outdoor

agency that specializes in retail and shopper marketing. As a production

supervisor, I was tasked with leading my team to build consumer product

. Direct sourcing, production, delivery, and execution of top notch

consumer product including apparel, merchandise, store fixtures, and

printed materials.

. Responsible for purchase orders, supply chain management, overseas

production timelines, production planning, inventory management and

supplier payments to support on time and on budget production.

all product was shipped on time, in the correct quantities to the correct

recipient.

. Coordinated all functions of domestic and overseas shipping and

fulfillment of point-of-purchase material, incentives, and prizes for

client promotions across U.S.

. Compiled data to determine order quantities, ship locations, and item

tracking, and to ensure compliance with corporate and client standards.
