Specialist, Safety and Health
Limitedbrands is the parent company to Bath & Body Works and Victoria's
Secret. As the Specialist, Safety and Health, manage all facets of the
Health and Safety program for 7 distribution centers and over 5000 hourly,
exempt, seasonal, and temporary associates, of which 30% are English as a
second language team members. Other responsibilities include:
. Manage 5 Safety Coordinators and their safety objectives and job
functions
. Create and audit safety programs to ensure best practices are in place
and that the programs are in compliance with all Federal, State, and
Local regulations
. Create, conduct, and manage safety training including OSHA 30 and 10
hour training for DC associates and Facilities associates
. Act as a safety resource for Leadership during new construction,
renovations, and the purchasing/replacement of new equipment

TP Mechanical Contractors is a full service mechanical contractor with
three operating locations, over 450 employees and revenue exceeding $60
million. The Safety Manager for the Columbus, OH lead the safety function
on projects of all sizes including schools, hospitals, hotels, office
buildings and water treatment plants. Other responsibilities and
achievements included:
