As an Operations Manager, I oversaw all operational aspects of a $72M a year business. I directly supervised over 75 employees and 7 department managers. I was solely responsible for a $10M annual operating budget and Profit & Loss statements. I consistently worked at or below the budget to create profitability. I also successfully turned around a targeted store, decreased runaway operating costs by 24%, and aligned it with the annual budget.
