• Successfully decreased unexpected down time of two high speed electro-chemical deburring machines
from 30% to 1%, which eliminated the need for an entire shift.
• Validated two custom eddy current inspection machines and decreased down time below 1% and placed
in line with electro-chemical deburring equipment.
