Director of FP&A (Feb-08-Present), Controller (Jun-06 to Jan-08)

. Established a Financial Planning and Analysis function including staff

reorganization. Integrated financial planning/budgeting into the

existing business environment, significantly enhancing management's

operating results, gross margin, cash flow and working capital

visibility. Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual reports summarizing

company's financial position. Supervised financial analysis,

budget/forecast models, tax functions including a staff of 3.

. Reengineered the accounting function driving GAAP & SOX compliance,

. Provide fiscal leadership to the "West Region" of the Call Center

Group (150M revenue, 9 sites, 10 clients. 3,000 employees).

results with CFO and CEO.

. Developed procurement function thus realizing cost savings of $500K/

year. Standardized the procurement processes and configured the

systems (PO, Inventory, AP modules). Develop reports to detect non-

compliant purchasing activities.

forecasts. Developed internal pricing and other asset allocation
