focal point for SAP users from profile creation and role assignment, to

printing, to troubleshooting any situation that hampered an employee's

user security, and user account and job role administration. Change

Control and SAP Basis related tasks were included in the daily

affects all the SE&A divisions of Siemens. This three year project

included three major roll outs and some minor rollouts per year. Each

one was treated as a project with site surveys, user preparation, and

system implementation.

software Jobscope. Revitalized the underutilized system and improved user
