EXPERIENCE Accounting & Computer Skills
1. Process a bi-weekly payroll.
. Set up new employee's files in the payroll
system both ADP and Paylocity.

4. Contact customers for any questionable deductions,
and inform customer service for return merchandise
issues.
5. Run weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports.
6. Contact accounts questioning overdue balances that
show up on the aging report.
7. Prepare account reconciliations for larger accounts.
8. Send out monthly client statements to all accounts.
9. Release orders that are due to ship through the
Navision program.
10. Wrote procedures for daily functions.
11. Proficient working with such programs as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Trams, Navision, and
Quick Books.
12. Able to pick new programs up easily and accurately.
13. Ready and willing to take on more responsibilities;
possibly a supervisory position.
14. Currently studying to take my CPA exam.
