Rocky Mountain Bank, Wilson, Wyoming April 01, 2009 –
Present
Responsible for all credit administration, credit risk management, and problem loan management
in this $320 Million bank. Work directly with lenders and underwriters to analyze loan
opportunities, construct meaningful underwriting, and channel loan opportunities through the
approval process. Responsible for credit risk management: implementing enhanced internal
controls and working closely with internal audit, including enhanced portfolio monitoring
through stress tests, portfolio evaluation spot-check analysis of watch grade loans, and portfolio
scrub. Work closely with lenders and senior management to generate meaningful problem loan
analysis, action plans, and relationship management. Responsible for CRE analysis and ALLL
analysis, and perform those assignments on a quarterly basis. Direct credit approval authority of
$500,000, and signing authority of $1,000,000.
• Coordinated annual portfolio scrub, including risk assessment, financial analysis, and
coding integrity
• Implemented credit policy revision, and new procedures for credit approval process,
collateral evaluation process, and credit administration
• Developed ALLL methodology and established reserve management process

REGIONAL CREDIT MANAGER

Acquired by Wells Fargo Bank to fill a new position as the regional credit manager for the
Wyoming/Montana private banking group. Position did not materialize subsequent to Wells
Fargo’s acquisition of Wachovia. Experience with Wells Fargo was relegated to special credit
projects within the private bank arena and in conjunction with the recent acquisition.
SVP, CREDIT ADMINISTRATION
The Jackson State Bank & Trust, Jackson, Wyoming June 15, 2005 – Oct. 18, 2008
(Acquired by Wells Fargo Bank on 07/01/2008 and converted to Wells Fargo Bank on 10/18/2008)
Responsible for credit administration and loan support services at the flagship bank ($1.3Billion)
under a five-bank holding company (United Bancorporation of Wyoming, $1.8 Billion). The
portfolio was largely comprised of larger commercial real estate and acquisition/development
loans supported by affluent individuals or private equity capital investors. Strong focus on credit
quality and risk management processes through a well-defined credit policy and loan monitoring
procedures. Direct oversight and actively involved in mentoring and developing staff within the
following departments: Credit Analysis/Underwriting, Loan Processing, Documentation
Imaging, Loan Operations, and Loan Review (34 total direct reports, including 4 administrative
officers).

and consistent practices throughout the company.

Based at Nevada State Bank, a $4 Billion subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation. Specifically
assigned to conduct and perform period loan reviews of traditional commercial and commercial
real estate portfolios in Las Vegas and Reno, as well as private client services portfolios in Las
Vegas. Also, participated on numerous commercial credit examinations and loan audits for
various affiliated banks within this $40 Billion banking enterprise.

Conducted and performed periodic commercial credit examinations and loan audits for various
commercial and commercial real estate lending divisions within this $35 Billion banking
