Chief Mechanical Turbine Engineer
I currently hold the position of Chief Mechanical Turbine E ngineer on a GE/Gama Power joint
venture. It is a 440 Megawatt single shaft combined cycle power plant consisting of two GE frame
9EA Gas turbines, two GE D10 steam turbines and two GE hydrogen cooled 390 50Hz Generators
I built and update the project schedule. I Coordinate craft and daily work activities. Inspect and
supervise Turbine/Generator assembly to meet both GE warranty requirements along with Russian
standards. Liaison between GE and Gama Power. Provide technical insight to both parties on
successful construction practices.

Area Superintendent on 300 million dollar Ash grove Cement plant expansion. Held position where
mechanical superintendent and crane and rigging superintendent were my direct reports. I
supervised and reported on the mechanical instillation as well as being responsible for all of the
project lift plans and critical lift plans. I was responsible for the safety of 300 Craft personnel.
I was responsible for client coordination and maintaining schedule as well as the coordination of
other craft discipline and sub contractors. Equipment installed includes vertical roller mills, ID fans,
compressors, belt conveyor, pan conveyor, and bucket conveyor. Cranes overseen are Manitowoc
888 ringer, 999, 2250 luffer, 3900, 4100 and 4000 tower with luffer. Link belt 298 and 248. Favell

General Superintendent over 75million dollar mechanical equipment and pipe contract at Santee
Cooper Cross Generating Station Unit 4 600MW pulverized coal fired power plant and completed an
additional 11million worth of change order work for Unit 3. I was responsible for overall site Safety
and execution of contract. Assured and maintained project schedule, monthly progress billings,
home office reporting. Kept good standing client relations. All craft discipline superintendents were
under my direct report. Was awarded safety achievement for zero lost time and zero recordables in
4 million man-hours.
