over 10 million in annualized cost savings helping to improve ROA from 3 to

over 8 percent in 5 years while unit volumes grew from 3M to over 6M cases.

Developed and built the foundation for Continuous Improvement - Lean - Six

Sigma Culture. Developed ongoing Lean - Six Sigma strategy including the

development of a Master Black Belt, Black Belt and 36 Green Belts.

Developed a centralized logistics strategy including constructing an

additional 150k square foot temperature controlled storage facility and

partnering with "Railex" - Green Bullet Train - with non stop refrigerated

train service from Washington State or California to New York State.

Saving over 1.5 million dollars annually

Implemented O.E.E. (Operating Equipment Effectiveness) methodologies and

culture throughout the bottling line operations resulting in centralizing

operations and saving over $1M annually.

Implemented Shop Floor and MRP systems in JD Edwards, TPM (Transportation

Planning Management) software - Logility and RFGen to help automate and

stream line overall supply chain processes.

Implemented Supplier Certification / Partnership Process. Incoming

glassware quality improved from 3600 defects per million to just over 34

defects per million! Achieved plus $2M incremental annual savings.

Won PMMI "Packaging Line of the Year" award - 2008 - for sustainable

collection & bottling line synchronization.

food manufacturing and marketing company with sales in excess of 2.5
