Working full time for the Operating Company supporting the management of the EPC Contractor for twin lignite fired
670MW power station. Responsible for planning, reporting and documentation management of EUR1.5bn project
(design/permitting/construction/commissioning) using P3 v3.1, MS Project, risk management and what if scenarios.
Successful claims preparations to value of EUR8m to National Grid and claims defence to value of EUR112m from Main
Contractor. Provided planning, cost and commercial input to two settlement and amending agreements and scope
changes. Directing the 9 EPC planners, chairing and minuting planning meetings, supporting Company Management
teams as part of the Project Management Board both internationally and in country.
Working part time for the Operating Company supporting the development and implementation of 156MW wind farm using
52 Vestas V90 3MW turbines. Supporting tendering & FIDIC based contractual development. Developing master time
schedule, payment milestone schedule and project controls. AES Geo Energy & Geo Power joint venture.
Based in Bulgaria with international trips, leading team of four (two planners, cost controller and administrator) and

Working for EPC Contractor creating the FEED schedule, master schedule to level 5, fully logic linked, resource loaded and
WBS coded for Client integration using P3e v5. Writing procedures and leading execution planners to follow split WBS for
schedule and progress updates. Assisting the Risk Manager in applying uncertainty parameters for Pertmaster modelling.
Based in London & Staines, with national travel, leading training sessions/programs, Client interfacing as a professional
representative. UK home office based, with nationwide travel.
May 06 to Jun 07 Air Products – Senior Planner (Various projects in UK, Saudi, India, Nigeria, Zambia,
Oman, Yemen) [Contractor]
Responsible for level 2 & 3 networks using P3 v3.1 and project controls for various air separation & generated gas EPC
projects. Creating & maintaining work process logic maps and to level 4 (TDR), developing WBS and coding, defining
departmental scopes and resource requirements. Assisting tendering process with budgeting. Developing migration
strategies for P3e/c implementation. Setup of on site planning and controls for including JV, manufacturing, fabrication and

in accordance to Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) using P3, P3e v4 and MS Project, developing lifecycle base
plans from scopes. Create business level plans, estimate costs by imports and exports to in house costs systems and SAP,
developing cost packages, and baseline plans for the UK wide nuclear decommissioning programme (central network).
Creating detailed schedules for project managers working from scopes and liaising with key personnel. Using MS Office to
present budgeted costs of work schedule (BCWS). UK Home Office based with nationwide travel.
May 03 to Aug 03 Alstec Nuclear Service – Planner (Atomic Weapons Establishment AWE
Aldermaston) [Contractor]
Using P3 and MS Office to maintain current program supporting decommissioning works of Herald nuclear reactor. Create
detail monthly progress reports including costs and scheduling, schedule changes, BCWP (earned value analysis), critical
path analysis, and milestone status reports. Hold daily meetings with all department heads. Schedule in house and sub
contracted works, developing weekly mini schedules linked to the current programme for internal & external resources. On
site role at MOD Establishment, UK based, security clearance (SC level).

Dec 00 to Feb 01 Britax Aircraft Seating – Production Planner (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Using SAP MRPII system and MS Office, responsible for planning and control of aircraft seating MPS using capacity
planning, forecasting and scheduling techniques. Driving the progress chasing team to control the internal and external
WIP to achieve schedule output in excess of 250k/month. UK based.
Sep 00 to Dec 00 Beagle Aircraft – Production Controller (Military Manufacturing) [Contractor]
Using MRP system and MS Office, responsible for planning and control of Harrier II aircraft re manufactured components.
Processing works orders and creating job cards for in house and subcontracted items using capacity planning, MRP and
JIT techniques to meet output deadlines in accordance to relevant standards (H&S QA COSHH MOD CAA MIL etc) in
excess of 200k/month. UK factory based.
