Senior Compensation Analyst (1/10-present) - Consult with senior management
on a variety of compensation issues, job and organization design, incentive
plans, and salary administration. Provide compensation expertise and
planning for organization acquisitions and various growth initiatives.
Develop annual compensation budget for presentation to and approval by
senior executives. Analyze internal and external data for determining
compensation strategies and philosophies. Develop annual merit increase
program and salary structure adjustment. Manage executive compensation and
benefits program, working with in-house legal and outside consultants to
ensure programs meet all regulatory and legal requirements.

salary structures and wrote salary policies for more than 100 sales and
sales support positions. Managed two professional and three administrative

including writing plan documents, calculating payouts, projecting payout
accruals for Accounting, and preparing reports on year-end results for top
