Core Course: Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Physiology, Animal Management,
Meat Science, and Chemistry.
Senior Research Project: An in depth study of the pathologies leading to
the condemnation of culled dairy cattle. The project entailed primary
diagnosis of gross histologies on the kill floor, working in conjunction
with the USDA veterinarian.
