Direct company representative to oversee the completion of approximately 75 projects with budgets of up to $2.5 million.

Responsible for the coordination of work, material purchasing, and administrative duties while directing projects from contract to

closeout. Experienced in the installation and inspection of a variety of mechanical systems and equipment including:

Steam and Hot Water Chilled Water Air Handling and Distribution Exhaust and Ventilation Medical Gas

Prepared refrigerant pipe layout schematics and calculated equivalent pipe lengths that were used to reference against

manufacturer’s data to obtain proper refrigerant pipe sizes for chiller and split system installations.

Analyzed heating and chilled water systems to identify the need for by-pass for proper operation. Also worked with installers to

ensure correct interpretation of three-way valve assemblies.

Utilized Ohio Mechanical Code to develop ventilation tables to obtain plan approval from The City of Columbus for an HVAC

renovation that maintained existing air handling units. Calculations were based upon as-built data and recalibration of existing

outside air dampers for proportional distribution of minimum outside air intake.

Aided in thorough HVAC systems’ commissioning by maintaining communication with owners’ representatives

and monitoring completion of punch items.
