we advised them to remove the program & install our
company preferred program, Webroot Anti-Virus with Spy
Sweeper, and to quarantine the hard drive & download
antivirus definitions on a frequent basis to assure
protection is up to date.
Performed motherboard, hardware & OS updates
pertaining to BIOS, SQ download ID's, service packs,
hardware utilities, etc.
Maintained communication with engineers informing them
of network issues, quick fixes, unresolved issues,
requirements to perform duties in certain situations,
etc.
Assisted engineers with uploading operating systems to
the server & making the re-image software only
accessible for download by authorized technicians.
