EXECUTIVE HIGHLIGHTS
p As Executive Vice President implemented a document management system
designed to handle all incoming and outgoing faxes - approximately 15,000-
17,000 per day, instantly organizing them by facility and date received
and then delivering them to the first step of pharmacy's workflow. The
seamless integration revolutionized the means of operation, increasing
proficiency by more than 80%.
p Strategically analyzed and restructured delivery department, implementing
a solution that increased efficiency, cut costs by approximately $2
Million annually and improved operations and services. The ultimate
challenge was the convincing of opposed, hesitant managers and employees
to be receptive to incorporating these changes which was successfully
accomplished by conducting informative, educational meetings and mock
trial runs, reinforcing anticipated success.
p Adopted direct responsibility and effectually facilitated productive
initiatives for 400 employees (including Directors and Supervisors)
ensuring a maintained focus and allegiance to Chem Rx following the sudden
death of the COO, which left the division with minimal executive
