. Check first article or samples from suppliers and make detailed reports

for approval.

. Build up quality criteria, test procedure and make quality documentation

base upon approved samples from Overseas.

. Conduct goods inspection according to AQL 0.65 at supplier site (twice a

week), make inspection report for Headquarters.

. Investigate headquarters' complaints regarding quality, applies quality

management tools and approaches to analyze defect symptom, root Cause and

corrective action plan. Monitor execution of preventive/corrective action

plan.

. Check & improve quality integrity, feasibility and execution of

suppliers' quality system.
