Managed the administration function for seven locations producing eight

newspapers for Cox Ohio Publishing, with over 1,240 employees and $240

million per year in business.

. Provided direction and leadership in all facets of HR for over 1,200

employees in seven locations to insure quality services, support, and

solutions were offered to all levels of the company.

. Developed leadership and individual contributor job competencies which

was adapted but senior leadership and is currently being used as the

foundation for job descriptions, employee developmental and improvement

. Currently working with the Operations Department focusing on changing the

print plant employee culture. Significant improvements in employee

. Researched and made comparisons of health care insurance options for part-

time employees. Selected a vendor that offered comparable coverage at a

digitize all employee files, retiree records, grievance histories,

discipline, and governmental complaint resolutions for ease of access for

selected HR personnel, resulting in increasing HR processing efficiency

. Developed and implemented the labor negotiations strategy for the plant

to gain a first ever five-year agreement with the union, which resulted
