Coordinated design and remodeled the Texas Hotel sales center in downtown

Wickenburg, AZ. Total value = $700,000. Coordinated all design consultants

and construction personnel of all commercial buildings at $100 million

dollar Wickenburg Ranch development in Wickenburg, AZ when the economy slow

down occurred.

Managed and mentored a young estimating department to procure/bid new work

and young project managers managing projects. Project Manager on multiple

projects - $3.2 million Albertson's grocery store in Phoenix, AZ, $3.2

million and $2.8 million renovation and new Peoria elementary schools

buildings in Peoria, AZ, and $2.1 million new visitor's complex at the

Wastewater Plant in Phoenix, AZ for the City of Phoenix. All projects were

hard bid projects and completed in time and within budget. Doubled the

anticipated bid fee for the 4 combined projects above. Spent 2 years as the

Construction Manager administering and coordinating all construction

activities for new 1,200 acre Prescott Lakes development including all the

infrastructure and 18 hole golf course in Prescott, AZ - work in place $30

million.

$50 million government center in Las Vegas, NV. Partnering on project with

owner, architect, engineers, and subcontractors. Project was completed on

time and was a hard bid project. $7 million completion of the Shutters on

the Beach luxury hotel left unfinished in Santa Monica, CA. Project was

completed on time and was a GMP contract. $15 million state library in

Carson City, NV. Specified schedule was 20 months, completed in 16 months

and the fee was doubled. Project was a hard bid project. $6.5 million hotel

renovation in Reno, NV. Project was completed 30 days early per the owner's

request and on time for the early grand opening, within budget and was a

GMP contract. $6.5 million Ramada hotel in Phoenix, AZ, work completed 56

days early, 1.5 times the fee and was a hard bid project. Other projects

involved with as a project engineer: $3.0 million Concrete work for Cochise

clubhouse in Carefree, AZ, $20 million Freedom Plaza in Sun City, AZ, $40

million Harrah's Hotel in Laughlin, NV, and $7million Target Stores in Las

Vegas, NV.
