. Grew sales at McDonalds from $900,000 in 1997 to $1,700,000 in 2009 by
development and implementation of a comprehensive long-term growth
plan.
. Led the development of a full-scale marketing plan with a National
Marketing Agency in an effort to increase the customer base and drive
sales. The plan included both local store and community based
activities.
. Conducted a major renovation project to redesign the franchises'
physical appearance in support of a corporate overhaul of McDonald's
brand and image. This project included all aspects of project
management from contracting to overseeing construction to completion.
