Duties include but not limited to purchasing all products needing for the

comparing pricing cost for reports on cost analysis. Make flight

arrangements for personnel needing to travel for business purposes to

different shows which pertain to getting new business and new customers.

View customer requirements in the system for Trico and Delphi input all

data entry in the company system IQ. Make changes and create all paperwork

associated with shipping out product to customer in a timely manner. Do

the weekly payroll and submit to our Corporate Office also purchasing of

any and all items needed for production and office. Provide instructions

for Quality/Shipping/Office Procedures for audits. Do ASN's for customers

that require that type of shipping information. Various duties as

CLIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Answer all inbound calls from Franchise owners calling to check order

status. Process claims and replacement orders for missing items from

Customers orders. Take payments via Paypal system.

Send e-mail requests for confirmations on lost orders or to check vendor

product orders and provide prompt follow up

Work one on one with various Franchise owners about product information and

orders

View Payment programs whether US or Canada orders for charges they have

received on their credit card statements and provide necessary information

to Franchise owner about the charges.

Answer all incoming e-mails from club owners in a timely manner and provide
