QA/QC efficiency levels. Monitored staged and loaded freight progress. Dispatched
equipment. Other responsibilities included monitoring/updating warehouse product levels
within SAP system.
FedEx Freight 1998-2009
Operations Supervisor, Warehouseman/Loader
Directed work flow of 25-30 associates. Increased maximum “route cut-times” potential
through efficient time management. Balanced daily workforce scheduling to meet
production needs within budget requirements. Supervised proper loading of 15-20 daily

budget limits, forklift operations, and safety training.
