miners in Wright, WY
Trivoli Village- 850 million dollar project, 4500 space parking garage top with 15 multi-use
buildings.
• One Queensridge Place- Two 20-story Luxury condominium Building with a lower level parking
garage. A $500 million dollar project with European-style stone.
• Las Ventenas- A $30 million dollar project for assisted care living.
• Crescent Hughes Center - 12-story class an office space with a six story-parking garage.
• Mt View Cath-lab and lounge, Five story precast parking garage at Mt. View Hospital.
• Caesars Palace Augustus Tower, New 1,088,372 sq. ft. 27-story, and 949-room hotel tower with
one floor dedicated to luxury suites and 43,000 sq. ft. of low rise tie-in to existing casino floor including
promenade entrance and hotel registration.
• Polo Tower build out on phase 5, a $12 million project consisting of new sale center with build out
of eighth floor, timeshare apartments, and demolition of two floors on existing sales center.
• Pechanga Resort & Casino- $300 million, 1266 showroom with pit lift, 500,000 sq .ft. of back of
house space and a 12-story tower.
• Green Valley Resort & Casino- A 5-story luxury tower with over 200 rooms and an extensive five-
star pool area.
• MGM Registration Desk at Las Vegas Airport, $1 million project (first of its kind to be built).
• Centurion Penthouse at Caesars Palace- A $4 million project, including 6,700 sq. ft. of living
space with putting greens, screen wall, and a 12-person spa.
