Responsible for all activities and outings with LSCC's children's church program
which are, but not limited to: Parent's Nights Out, Sunday school, movie nights, and
some counciling. Curriculem includes bible stories, biblical lessons, and explaining
said lessons in a way that children who are 4 years old to 9 years old can grasp what
the message is. Also involved with the "Rough Riders" who are the "tweener"
youth group. Outings such as bowling, movies and eating together. Also, dealing
with dilemmas such as drug use, bullying, peer pressure and how to react to these
things.

Contracted to various companies to recruit on special projects for talent acquisition.
Led teams in actual number of hires and submittals. Was contracted to recruit for
the following positions: Senior Manager of Project Management, SEO/SEM
Manager, Content Manager, Product Manager, and Process and System Analysts.
Also recruited for Manager of Issues, Customer Care /IVR Manager, Manager of
Mailing Services, Manager of Policies and Procedures, Manager of QA, QA
Customer representatives, and retail outside sales representatives. Led a team in
finding a National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, AP Supervisors, AP
Processors, Vendor Maintenance Administrator, and Accountants. All placements
made were from passive candidate searches (calling in to companies to directly
recruit candidates), resume banks, internet searches, or from in house software that
candidates would submit resumes to (creating a pipeline of candidates). All
contracts were initially six months and then extended due to superior work.

Introduced the mortgage desk into this full life cycle recruiting agency. Garnered
business with CitiMortgage, a Citibank company, where I placed 15 candidates from
June of 2005 to January of 2006. Brought Argent Mortgage to the agency in August,
placing three candidates from August to January. Worked in conjunction with our
New York office and placed two candidates with a large commercial mortgage
lender located on Long Island. Placed two candidates when the account was handed
over to me due to mismanagement. From June of 2005 to January 2006, I billed over
$188k for the company.
