approximately 9,000 sf, including a main guest house (6,000 sf) a

smaller guest house, a play house, and a pool pavilion. The project

also includes a timber-framed equestrian center, a 5-car garage, a

farm manager's residence and an employee housing unit. Site

improvements include a tennis court, a riding arena and a large pond.
