CST - Crydom is the leading brand of Solid State Relays in the US and

fast becoming the preferred choice of companies around the world.

Facility employs 550. Sales are estimated at $55.0 million on annual

basis.

Finance & Cost Manager

The responsibility resides on the supervision and control of all the

manufacturing and commercial activity for the facilities. Under my

supervision I have 2 Financial Analyst and a Cost Accountant. Details

responsibilities are as follow:

. Responsible of ensuring the accuracy of the information produced in

Product Costing and Inventory.

. Responsible of analyzing and interpreting the system's information

to evaluate the Financial and Operational performance of the

company in terms of Costs, Budgets, Variances and Profits.

. Implementing the control procedures that ensure the appropriate

management of the operation and the solving problematic situations.

. Ensure proper determination and management of the Standard Cost

Elements for product costing, including Cost Rates calculation and

variance analysis.

. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of all Commercial Reporting

(Orders, Sales, Backlog)

. Project leader of the JDE - Enterprise One implementation

Cost Accounting Manager

Supervise the Cost Accounting department responsible for all the

manufacturing activity for the facilities of Tijuana & Mexicali, Accounts

Receivable for all the inter-company's activities. I had eight cost

accountants under my supervision. Details responsibilities are as follow:

. Responsible for the Analysis of Monthly activity for 17 Division

(15 in Tijuana & 2 in Mexicali)

. Review and sing of all Journal Entry's as part of the month end

activities.

. Review and sing off of all manufacturing variances analysis and the

reconciliation of all inventory accounts.

. Prepared monthly financial statements to be explained and

distribute to upper management.

. Prepare and distribute monthly department financial statements

containing budget to actual results.

. Comply with Sarbanes Oxley's regulations for all Divisions.

. Coordinate the preparation of external and internal audits

performed quarterly and year end basis.

. Project leader for Standard Cost update performed twice a year.

. Project leader for the implementation if the cycle count program.

. Project leader for the planning and execution of the Physical

Inventory.
