While volunteering my time at WSUV, I learned how to deal with young children (ages 3-5) and also learned how to work with a
group of professionals, since all the teachers in the program had or were in the process of getting their masters degrees in education.
QUALIFICATIONS
Field Skills
Basic artifact identification, techniques of archaeological analysis, site excavation and laboratory skills/experience as well as
compass and map reading abilities.
Microsoft
Through my schooling at Clark College and Washington State University, I have been able to gain skills in a variety of Microsoft
programs: Word, Works, PowerPoint and Excel.
ASL (American Sign Language)
Able to communicate with the hearing impaired using sign language; studied ASL for two years in high school. I have continued to
review ASL skills and use them when I encounter hearing impaired individuals.
