and design solutions company, headquartered regionally in Auburn

Hills, MI and globally in Hanover, Germany with multiple NAFTA

facilities in the US, Canada and Mexico. Huntsville is a high volume

manufacturing facility of automotive electronic products with a daily

output of 39K end items. I was retained as a Manufacturing Supervisor

and later promoted to Quality Planner with the Interior Division -

Multimedia Group.

Quality Planner/ Six Sigma Black Belt / Continental Automotive Systems,

. Quality Engineer on all multimedia R & D projects monitoring the

lifecycle process of each project and actively lead, participate and

drive the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Process) utilizing multiple

Quality tools (PFMEA, DOE, etc.).

manufacturing Quality

in a 50% reduction in 0km parts per million defects and a 25%

improvement in warranty complaints per thousand.
