cutover planning for moving all NEMC Healthcare applications,
infrastructure, and IT Services into Perot Managed Services
environments. This included using Six Sigma project controls for all
NEMC resident applications, interface engines, Clinical, Financial
(and DSS), external custom interfaces, all operational applications,
and network (internet and intranet).

Project Manager for ProCare business integration project involving the

Responsible for technology and integration services supporting the
business integration objectives for ProCare. Chaired technology
steering committee for ProCare to resolve IT related issues, including

datacenter located in Dublin, Ireland, supporting one of the largest
ATM network in Europe and all BoI retail banking systems. Transitioned
over 200 BoI employees into the new company and supported all people
change management activities. Managed annual datacenter operating
budget in excess of $50,000,000.
Provided sales support and Program Management for Perot Systems Europe
assigned to BoI account. Key resource in first datacenter study that
identified solutions for nine major service outages. Resulted in
Perot Systems developing and delivering a much broader service
offering that led to discussions of a joint venture. Developed
quality assurance initiative that addressed deficiencies within
datacenter environment. Provided new levels of reliability,
availability, and serviceability for platforms supporting retail
banking application systems.

snapshot analysis of BoI current state (Service Delivery and

program loads (IPLs) were reduced from 200 a month to zero in a month.
Schlafhorst, Technical Consultant
Developed PC based MVS performance analysis tool used to justify the
merger of two datacenters by identifying excess process/capacity.
Redesigned SNA based network to support contingency and cutover of
recovery resources.
EuropeCar, Technical Consultant
Conducted performance analysis of existing mainframe datacenters in
Hamburg and Paris. Software environments consisted of MVS/ESA, VM/XA,
VSE, and CICS. Led to significant reductions in software and hardware
costs while improving on-line transaction response times and system
maintainability. Consolidated and cutover multiple production and
testing images into two discrete environments, reducing operating
system overhead and storage requirements.

Technical consultant for business performance improvement team.
Analyzed mission critical banking applications and identified areas
where performance/runtime could be improved. Led standards design and
implementation team. Defined processing standards and product
selection for all NationsBank and Perot datacenters. Designed and
