Public Service Electric and Gas Company, PSE&G is a regulated public

utility company engaged in the transmission and distribution of gas and

electricity to nearly three quarters of New Jersey's population. PSE&G

faced challenges to improving customer satisfaction, systems reliability

and run costs, and process performance for its 3.5 million electric and gas

customers. In March of 2009, the company deployed SAP-based solution to

replace its core 30 year old legacy CIS system, GAS work management system

and customer website. The iPower project deployed CRM 2007, MAM/ MAU, MRS,

XI, Portal, UCES, SRM and Utilities ISU CCS. This solution enables over

1000 mobile users in the collections, electric meter technicians and gas

work management areas as well as customer operations call center, billing,

retail and campaign management processes, and will assist PSE&G in reaching

top quartile performance. TCS has been given responsibility for the support

of Interfaces.

The Company discovers, develops, manufactures and markets prescription

medicines for humans and animals. A small team of Pfizer utilized SAP for

some of their business requirements .As their business needs are fulfilled,

they wanted to retire the SAP applications but the data needs to be

retained as a repository and for reporting purpose. So the whole SAP data

is migrated to Oracle Db and SAP is decommissioned. They require a support

team to service the adhoc and standard requests related to SAP data.
