Dear Prospective Employer,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself, and
what I am looking for in terms of an administrative position. As you can
see, my latest endeavor was at a start-up in the bay area as is a majority
of my employment history.
What I'm looking for is a position, (start-up or not) where I can utilize
and expand my qualifications and experience within a diverse administrative
environment. I consider myself to be "seasoned", and have the ability to
wear multiple hats with minimal supervision.
I enjoy client/customer & vendor contact, and being the individual that is
the "go to" person within the company. I will always take the initiative
to go one step further to completion of an assigned project and will always
feel confident with the final project. I feel the follow up skills I have
learned over the years are very important, and I know not assume anything,
check and double check.
I have been employed and held a few different roles over the years, and
feel I have acquired a wealth of valuable office environment knowledge and
practices and excelled in all. I feel I learn quickly and am always eager
to learn and accept new roles and responsibilities above and beyond the
scope of my particular position. I am always willing to jump in and roll up
my sleeves to get the job done, and also willing to help in any area that
requires assistance for the good of the company as well as its staff. I
consider myself to be very resourceful, and able to prioritize accordingly
as well as change gears quickly. I have the ability to obtain as much
information as possible in order to make informed and spontaneous
decisions, and will always keep the integrity and credibility of the

and have a very secure and stable outside life which allows me to be on
