I have consistently received an Overall Performance Rating of Good /
Valuable contribution to my Department during my yearly Performance
Reviews. Many prior assessments also noted my ability to work with minimal
supervision. I received the rating of Highly Successful from 2005 through
2008 as an Administrative Assistant II.
In my current role, I maintain Department Telephone listings and phone
coverage. I open and sort incoming mail and correspondence, route W9s to
Image area, and assign Provider number ranges to team members using a
random generation Excel program. I distribute daily Workload drop reports,
keep our mainframe printer and fax machine maintained, and provide needed
departmental supplies through SourcePoint. I assist with new FTEs and Kelly
Temps phone and voicemail, security access, supplies, LAN shared drives, GA
mainframe, and Internet access. I also assist current associates with IT
requests such as software, hardware and facility needs.
I am responsible for my Directors calendar by scheduling appointments and
meetings based on her workload and current issues. I schedule meetings and
conferences for our department. I make needed travel arrangements for
Management based on travel intentions and known preferences of the
traveler. Prior to our Time Sheet submission being automated, I was
responsible for Time Sheet entry and maintaining attendance data.
In am responsible for a Batch Edit (QPV300) report using Docu Direct to
export the file from InfoPac to Excel for sorting. I methodically work the
Out of State (QPV670R1) report quarterly and update our Performance Data
Quarterly Index score comparison results in an Excel graph. I maintain all
aspects of Contract routing in and out of Provider Database Operation. I
recently modified an outdated Contract tracking Excel spreadsheet to assign
due dates and provide balancing for metrics. I finalize correspondence
using an Access database on a daily basis.
I support my Director's team, both in Columbus and Atlanta, on a daily
basis with cooperation and a willingness to assist. I offer support to the
Team Leads and often ask for additional duties to help relieve their tasks.
I am accountable for populating, assuring balancing, and printing the
daily, quarterly and YTD associate production reporting and Quality data. I
self taught the use of Live Meeting to enhance staff meetings between
Atlanta and Columbus. I acquired a SharePoint site for our department to
help facilitate access of information and the training needs of associates.
I developed and maintain our Team Comparison Production data and added
filters for sorting. During 2009 I also maintained a monthly Image Claims
report, returned mail tracking spreadsheet and an Eform inventory
spreadsheet for metric reporting.
I received an Impact Award in 2004 for developing a Reporting Package and
training team members on its usage.

one occasion, for increased responsibilities to assist in relieving them of
much needed time resources.
