flow, ph transmitters; switches; counters; DCS, PLC, relay,
pneumatic and any other micro process based stand alone process and
manufacturing controllers
Setup data bases for trending device performance so that optimum
equipment performance can be maintained
Providing data analysis that will support proactive maintenance. This
is Maintenance that will predict measurement device failure before
they fail so that devices change outs can be scheduled at the best
opportune time. This minimizes and in most cases eliminate crisis
work at a time when economic do not support downtime
Working with reliability engineering to utilize the functionality of
all devices

Unit. Duties include but not limited to: retrieve proper pre-form and
guide onto mandrel using lubricant as needed, position loaded mandrels
in curing rack for curing in autoclave, position mandrel bars for
