Summary: I am a profit oriented manager and director of people, projects

and development who is performing at the top of his game. I

have significant experience handling a large number of

employees, consultants, projects and clients simultaneously

across multiple offices while providing a variety of

professional services to demanding clients utilizing Lean &

Six Sigma principals with continual focus on the bottom line.

2008- 2010 Managing Director, NELSON, Atlanta & Dallas Offices:

Managing Director of two of the largest offices of NELSON,

with 58 employees and combined sales of $10M year.

. NELSON ranked 4th largest Interior Design firm & 2nd

largest corporate Interior Design firm by Interiors

Magazine in 2009.

. Reduced overhead and increased profitability by 78

percent.

. Developed new & existing clientele and established

$120M urban mixed-use project in the Buckhead area consisting

of multi-level parking superstructure with office/retail and

hotel/2nd hotel/retail/office towers.

. Developed/refined the Master Plan & code

interpretations.

2005 - 2007 Director Design Services, Morrison Management

Specialists, Atlanta,GA:

Director of a large corporation's design group specializing

in healthcare and senior living facilities nationwide.

Responsible for all facets of the department and the

production of design and contract documents. Managed

continual workload of approximately 80 projects spread across

the United States. Personally built staff and technology to

accommodate workload.
