1988-2007 General Electric Healthcare Waukesha, WI

Advanced Electronic Technician

In this role I was required to perform troubleshooting encompassing multiple variables and unknowns to achieve root

cause analysis and problem resolution. I did design and conduct experiments and diagnostic tests, as required, to develop

conclusions and solutions. Furthermore, I had to help fellow teammates as well as engineers in the development and

validation of software as well as hardware evaluation, and implement plans using knowledge of the product, system

operation, inter-module interactions, complex engineering tools, and interactive software tools as required. Provide

evaluation, constructive feedback, and leadership in the development of internal or external engineering, manufacturing,

or service documentation. I also started my greenbelt certification by completing one major project. Before any new

products were released I was the liaison between engineering and manufacturing to help provide a smooth transition of

the product into production. Also while in engineering I received Halt/Hass experience as well as validation, verificiation

and reliability testing experience. I was taught and we practiced from draft right up to lean manufacturing.
