As a Production Supervisor, I held weekly team meeting with in each

of my five areas of responsibility. During the meeting we would cover

any Production issues, Safety concerns, Housekeeping improvements

(5S), Quality issues (internal & external), Cost saving ideas.

I followed the production schedule as issued by Production Control,

I reviewed the schedule daily to make sure there were no drop-in's on

the schedule. If there was an issue with the schedule, I worked with

Production Control to resolve the issue. My departments maintained a

99% on time delivery.

While maintaining on time deliveries, we continued to improve the

processes, reducing man hours required to produce each part.
