performed a seismic testing and data analysis of a quarter scaled model of

a retrofitted 2-column rectangular bridge bent. The retrofit method

involved construction of a reinforced concrete infill wall between the

existing rectangular columns for bridges built prior to the 1994 San

Fernando earthquake in California. Performance of the infill wall was

observed under the simulation of the 1994 Northridge data acquisitions.
