Management Responsibilities:
. Manage and monitor daily activities of approximately 80-90 government
contract employees as well as approximately 10-15 different Records
Management projects.
. Responsible for providing many administrative duties (i.e. contract
report logs, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, quality
assurance reports, disciplinary reports and logs, billing and
attendance reports, communications, etc.) to DOJ client and CTI
corporate.
. Assist with enforcement of the rules of NARA given by our DOJ client,
the efficient processing of federal classified records and transfer to

. Follow and enforce guidelines from the Records Disposition Unit (RDU)
set to implement and update FBI Records Retention Plans and
Disposition Schedules.
. Maintain line of communication between FBI Officials, CTI Management
and contract personnel.
. Observe and analyze contract policies and procedures as well as
procedures for Records Management projects in order to improve current
processes and maintain progress of the contract.
. Oversees and assists with records projects consisting of but not
limited to destruction, removal, and transfer activities to ensure
compliance with statutes and regulations and to protect the integrity
of FBI records.
. Responsible for performing Human Resources functions including
Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefit enrollment, 401 K enrollment, and
answering employee questions regarding benefits.
. Manage payroll activities including submission of billable hours for
all contract employees to corporate management and government
Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR). Fully trained
on the contract's payroll management and tasked to submit financial
spreadsheets, approval of employee timesheets, and other payroll
related activities.
. Familiar with the use of electronic web-based timesheet software
application: Deltek Time and Expense.
. Familiar with CTI policies and procedures and the enforcement of said
directives.
. Regulate and assist in the hiring, termination, and promotion process
of contract employees for DOJ client.

Records Analyst Team Lead Responsibilities:
. Design strategies to facilitate Records Management needs of the
project and update or maintain the procedures and NARA policies for
transfer to the Archives.
. Assist with the retrieval and retention of Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) and Field Office file and record requests.
. Provide assistance to identify retention schedules for records and
ensuring records transfers to National Archives are prepared for
authorization by Records Management.
. Assist with training of new users on electronic records management
techniques.

. Triple promotion received from July to September 2009: from Records

. Assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Document Inventory
Management and Control Program (DIMCAP) in receiving the RACO 2010
Archivist's Achievement Award for successful completion of record
transfers to NARA.
. Documented and incorporated written procedures for new Records
Management trainees in order to facilitate understandable File Review
Methods for Agency Management, CTI Mgmt. and new contract employees.
