CB RICHARD ELLIS / BANK OF AMERICA - Rochester, NY 2004 - 2009

Retail Project Manager

Accountable for all phases of construction design / management projects in

both office buildings and bank branches for Bank of America. Construction

management responsibilities included collaboration and negotiation with

external firms in design, scheduling, permitting, budget development, bid

analysis and procurement.

. Managed 4-5 new store construction projects per year - exceeding the

quota required for project managers. Consistently completed projects

within projected timeframes and budgetary requirements.

. Set expectations and monitored progress of contractors and vendors to

keep projects on track and aligned with client goals.

. Managed the construction of new branches in Upstate New York and metro

New York, increasing Bank of America's market share in those areas by

50%. Collaborated with contractors to stage construction process;
