Retail Project Manager

both office buildings and bank branches for Bank of America. Construction
management responsibilities included collaboration and negotiation with
external firms in design, scheduling, permitting, budget development, bid
analysis and procurement.
. Managed 4-5 new store construction projects per year - exceeding the
quota required for project managers. Consistently completed projects
within projected timeframes and budgetary requirements.
