WORK HISTORY

WEST AT HOME CORP.(2009-present)

I am a customer service agent for West at Home. I work in the privacy of my home and schedule

my own work hours. I receive incoming sale calls, assist customers with resolving a bill inquiry,

helping customers purchase an accessory for their wireless phone, or perhaps providing product

assistance/troubleshooting.

Miss Kim’s Daycare (2004-present)

I am currently a daycare provider for Randolph County. Part of my daycare program consists of a

curriculum that will encourage and expand each Childs’s learning ability. I offer opportunities to

learn more than just numbers and letters. I teach my children values, manners and math and

science concepts. I also provide daily needs for the children .I also plans the children’s daily

activities and schedules followed up by other important paper work that my job requires.

2002-2004

Wellborn Cabinets- I was part of the Quality control team, there my duties included inspecting

color, defects and quality of the products. I also had to log all the defects on a daily basic into a

data book. I also had to write up reports and attend weekly meetings.

1998-2002

Palm Harbor Homes- I was hired at palm harbor homes as a re-work person. There I preformed

several tasks that included repairing damaged walls, ceilings, floors and other parts of the mobile

home. I was trained in several different departments until I was promoted to final finish inspector.

1996-2002

Roanoke Hertiage Home-I was a aide that assisted the elderly with daily needs. I would also

prepare meals,seperate medication and often do paper work.

SOMETHING ABOUT MYSELF AND PERSONAL LIFE

I am married and I have a 15 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. I attend Rock Mills church

of the Nazarene. I am a very outgoing person who strives to be the best I can be at all times. I am

very organized, and extremely competent. I believe I have an excellent rapport with people of all

ages.
