. Successfully manage multiple site acquisition, co-location, zoning,

permitting and construction projects simultaneously while maintaining

quality and meeting T-Mobile's expectations.

. Manage extensive project trackers and client database. Responsible for

the on time delivery of project milestones. Communicate project status to

T-Mobile on a daily basis.

. Responsible for the milestone submittal and invoicing of a multi million

option/lease, license, expansion, in-building, master and ancillary

agreements such as entry and testing, right of way and easement

agreements with numerous entities including the US government,

municipalities, municipal utility authorities, public utility companies,

private land and building owners, casinos, real estate and tower

management companies. Prepare lease abstracts for legal review. Order

title.

. Over 85% of executed agreements end up as sites going on the air.

. Identify potential locations for the placement of a telecommunications

facility in over 550 different search areas. Research and call on owners

of potential parcels in the search area. Prepare a SCIP (Site Candidate

Information Package) for RF (Radio Frequency) engineer and client review.

Packages include owner information, memo outlining search ring

conditions, tax maps, zoning maps and analysis, street level map,

landlord letter of interest, deed and pictures.

. Prepare TTV (tech team visit) packages. Coordinate and attend TTV with

Landlord, A&E, RF engineer, construction and zoning managers.

. Assisted in the preparation of municipal bid proposals (RFP).

. Prepare co location applications. Review AE lease exhibits, zoning and

construction drawings.
