warranty returns, FTQ and scrap issues. Perform failure trend

analysis and implement corrective actions and fill QA liaison

functions with other company departments including new product

development teams. Activities include leading Kaizen teams which

Responsible for the oversight and direction of an ISO 9001:2000,

14001:2004 and AIB certified "superior" facility in the areas of

quality assurance/control, operational safety and AIB compliance.

customer requirements, material dispositions and root cause analysis

Direct supervision of 40 hourly and salaried employees including

maintenance, electrical and logistic technicians and all production

equipment operators. Duties include personnel and equipment scheduling in a

high velocity manufacturing, J.I.T environment, waste reduction and

elimination, shift safety training and all administrative duties including

performance reviews, discipline, hiring and wage reviews. Developed and

published job descriptions and standards handbook implemented plant wide
