Product Manager
Manage a production team of 18 employees and coordinate team objectives
through good communication and strategic planning based on customer
commitments. Instruct others on various production methodologies with an
effort on cycle time improvement. Initiate team meetings and training
monthly and/or when necessary. Perform periodic performance reviews and
updates for all employees and promote self-improvement through constant
reinforcement and open feedback. Developed and now maintain the KPI metrics
for product line 3.
Manage costs associated with materials and labor to exceed business
