Held positions of increasing responsibility for this leading broad-based
entertainment company and provider of home entertainment software;
developed, implemented and trained "best in class" global retail
merchandising strategies in multiple stores for multiple retailers and the
global liaison for merchandising.
Director of Sales Merchandising 2007 - 2009
- Increased sales in many retailers by strategically identifying,
developing, and implementing WW marketing and merchandising solutions.
Collaborated across WHV divisions and retailers to create merchandising
strategies.
- Increased WHV's ability to fund fixture retrofits and POP merchandising

by changing the static merchandising philosophy, and artfully negotiating
and refining third party vendor contracts.
- Introduced and developed the use of handheld computers to capture and
transmit data from 3RD party providers to field reps and the studios;
developed numerous state of the art reports now considered to be industry
standard to improve our ability to hold third party providers accountable
and improve execution.
- Co-founded the Multi-Studio Field Merchandising task force; creating a
partnership approach to managing 3RD Party providers using a multi-studio
syndicated merchandising methodology
- Instrumental in the strategic development and execution of the DVD re-
fixturing program for Circuit City. In retro-fitted test stores, the
