hotel "lingo" and professionalism. Obtained a thorough understanding of
wine and fine dining procedures. Learned how to create an experience for

Kohl's Department Stores (November 2004 - August 2005)
Learned retail procedures and was cross-trained to perform required duties
in all departments. Ultimately enjoyed working in customer service
department where knowledge was obtained of the steps taken to replenish
incoming floor merchandise, sort items being returned, and prepare
defective and damaged merchandise for management.
Just For Feet (March 2001 - May 2003)
Unpacked and documented inbound merchandise for store. Unpacked
merchandise was in turn used to stock the retail floor and create new
visual displays. Additional merchandise was stored in warehouse for later
use and replenishment. Managed and organized warehouse on a bi-weekly
basis. Cross-trained to also perform sales and cashier duties during busy
periods. Remained with corporation until they filed bankruptcy.
