rupture discs, heat exchangers, filters, strainers, vessel repairs, vessel nozzles, and steam traps. Provided
engineering calculations, and technical direction for casing and refractory repairs to a fired heater during a

outages. Increased capacity of an existing spiral lift pump 50%. Upgraded bypass pumps to increase their
capacity 50% while utilizing existing motors.

Provided engineering services to the JBEK Facilities Engineering Team at DuPont Sabine River Works,
Orange, Texas. Projects included: waste water cleanup, ethylene purification, extruder motor variable
frequency drive, brine chillers, exchanger replacement, and compressor and turbine repair specifications.
Designed new base plate for 2500 hp extruder motor.

Arthur. Handled a variety of projects encompassing piping and pressure vessel design, equipment selection
and installation in addition to secondary containment systems design for hazardous waste. Supervised piping
and steam turbine repairs after a forced outage. Designed and supervised installation of a new diesel driven
firewater pump, and deluge system for a large cooling tower.

turbines and generators, boiler and associated equipment at natural gas, oil, and coal fired units. Also directed
and coordinated a wide range of construction and maintenance projects throughout the plants. Responsible for
numerous capital improvement projects both mechanical and civil.

Evaluated and designed oil rig equipment components, providing analysis of equipment failures, and
developed quality control procedures. Solved manufacturing problem with triplex mud pumps, that reduced
warranty issues. Identified and corrected flame hardening procedures that were causing sprocket failures in
the field.

Provided technical and engineering consulting services involving planning and supervision of rotating
equipment maintenance, including vibration monitoring and balancing, of steam and gas turbines for
industrial and utility customers. Assisted commissioning team with pre-startup check out, and commissioning
of a 500 MW turbine generator at natural gas/coal fired unit.
